I graduated from Washington State University in 2015 where I earned my BS in Exercise Science. I have worked in multiple fitness settings and clients at different stages in their fitness goals. As a qualified Personal Trainer, I can help you lose weight, build muscle, or simply get into better shape. I also work with youth athletes to improve sports performance.  I believe that looking after your body is just about the most important thing you can do for yourself.
